For those curious about Cabrini Training

Information Night is an opportunity to hear from people who have benefited from the program, find out more about our training, get a sense of the curriculum, and ask questions. The purpose of the Information Night is to help people to discern if the program is right for them at this time.  Although there will be an opportunity to start the application process, there is absolutely no obligation on your part to do so.

The next Information Nights are scheduled as follows:

September 8, 2008 7 - 8:30 pm at St. James.  We will be in the Gallagher Center which is the lower level of the Parish Office on Columbia between 9th Ave and Terry Ave.  Address for St. James is 804 Ninth Ave - Seattle, WA  98104

September 10, 2008  7 - 8:30 pm at St. Louise in Bellevue in the Parish Office.  The address for St. Louise is 141 156th Ave SE - Bellevue, WA  98007

These will be the last two Information Nights scheduled before class starts in October.  If you cannot attend either of these sessions, contact Tom Curran at 206-783-0583 Ext 4 for an application or more information.

We schedule Cabrini Information Night in the spring and early fall.  There will be something in the bulletins of all the area parishes 3 to 4 weeks prior to an information night.  For more information now, call Tom Curran at 206-760-0583, Ext 4 and leave a message or you may email Tom at tomcurran@cabriniministry.org

Cabrini Ministry Training  is for those now doing ministry or considering doing so.  The program offers weekly training in English or Spanish between October and March with emphasis on pastoral skill development, spiritual growth, and self awareness; continuing education and on-going support during active ministry; and opportunity for personal growth while ministering to those who need nonjudgmental, loving support.  The training is applicable to the broad range of parish based ministries and outreach.
